The Kootenay Boundary Primary Care Network (PCN) is a partnership of local clinics, practitioners, health care partners & patients. Together we’re building a more connected, team-based approach to primary care in our region. At the heart of our work is a shared goal: ensuring every resident has access to a trusted care team for comprehensive, culturally safe, and continuous care.

FREE PCN group programs are available to people across Kootenay Boundary. Each class is led by local health practitioners who share practical tools and every day tips. Join us for a virtual or in-person class.
The Kootenay Boundary Primary Care Network is a partnership between local family doctors, nurse practitioners, the Kootenay Boundary Division of Family Practice, Interior Health, the Ministry of Health, Aboriginal partners, and patients.
